A globally used approach
Developed by David Grove, modeled by Penny Topkins and James Lawley, and expanded by Caitlin Walker, Clean Language is used in coaching, therapy, education, and leadership.
You ask questions… but the client answers superficially.
You try to help… but they freeze.
The session happens… but nothing really changes.
And deep down, there’s a feeling that you could have gone deeper.
The problem isn’t the client.
It’s the type of question being asked.
Most approaches activate defense, resistance, or automatic responses.
Clean Language does the opposite:
it creates space for the client to access their own internal model, without interference.
Without pressuring, without confronting, without generating resistance.
Go beyond the surface and work beyond the root.
Even with "difficult" clients or those seemingly stuck and unable to make any progress.
Without giving advice, without pushing solutions.
The customer cooperates naturally.
Knowing exactly what to ask at each moment.
This webinar will be especially useful if you are a leader, parent, entrepreneur, educator, coach, trainer, psychologist/psychotherapist, sales or marketing professional — or if you are interested in developing more constructive communication in teams, groups, or individual interactions.
We will explore:
— how we perceive information and how other people may perceive it differently
— why conflicts arise and what can be done about them
— how Clean Language can be applied by helping professionals in coaching, training, and consulting
— how this approach can be used in everyday life — at work and at home
— other areas of application, such as health, education, sales, interviews, and more
— which organizations already use this approach and what results it brings
— how to get started and how to continue learning
We will also include practice sessions during the webinar so you can experience how it works.
