Guidelines for Participating in the Online Session

The session will be held live via video call on Saturday from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. You may join using your phone, tablet, or computer with a camera and microphone.

To make the most of the experience, we recommend:

• Choose a quiet and comfortable place where you can participate with greater presence and focus.
• Use a stable internet connection and, if possible, headphones to improve audio quality.
• Join a few minutes early to test your audio, camera, and connection.
• If using a phone, keep the device supported on a stable surface.
• Keep water and something for taking notes nearby in case you want to record insights during the session.
• Whenever possible, minimize distractions and notifications during the experience.

Participation in the Session

This will be an introductory, practical, and interactive session. You are welcome to simply observe or participate in the proposed activities — there is no obligation to speak or expose yourself. The intention is to offer a light and accessible experience to explore, in practice, the principles of Clean Language and Systemic Modelling.

Important Information:

• You will soon receive an invitation by email and WhatsApp to join the group.
• We recommend joining on Saturday 5 to 10 minutes before the session starts.
• The session will not be recorded, but the group will contain information about the topics that will be covered.
